My tasks and responsibilities:
Collaborated within a 15-person feature team focused on redesign existing features and developing new ones for a
Designed, A/B tested, and iterated features from pre-production to full release, adapting successful monetization mechanics to complex ecosystem while considering player motivations.
Partnered with data analysts, used internal tools to interpret player data from A/B testing to drive design decisions.
Collaborated with User Experience to conduct player surveys and user testing, identifying goals and solutions based on feedback to ensure alignment between company objectives and player needs.
Contributed to award-winning marketing initiatives, including "A Party to Die For" and "A Veiled Threat", delivering transmedia narrative experiences for anniversary celebrations.
Created detailed documentation outlining feature functionality and edge cases to support cross-team collaboration.
